Sucess in this role will require to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of strategies, programs and processes for the effective utilization of the organization’s human capital which include workforce solutions, change management and culture management.
- Oversee the development/revision of new and existing workforce solution procedures, policies and forms
- Leads in the development of talent management programs
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Graduate of Psychology/Behavioral Science
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to work in a hybrid set up
