Customer Service Representative for Online Marketplace and Hospitality Service
You are responsible for providing high quality customer service via calls and email support platforms and efficiently finding resolutions in solving inquiries.
Salary Package: PhP20,570 to PhP23,570 plus 15% night differential + $300 Travel Coupon every 6 months!
Requirements:
- Must have completed 2 years in college (no back subjects) with 12 months call center experience
- If High School Graduates with at least 12 months of call center experience
- Good communications skills
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Willing to work ONSITE at TELUS McKinley WEST, Taguig
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules
- Has NBI clearance and SSS document & Valid IDs
- Can start ASAP
