- Responsible for pricing scenarios with counter parties and clients
- Generating, updating and uploading of lock confirmations
- Data integrity of LOS and systems used
- Close communications with investors and clients for relative pricing requirements
- Making sure all information matches with the locks and all systems IE. Encompass and Optimal Blue
- Responsible for keeping up to date on product matrix
- Experience using Optimal Blue and Encompass
- Reporting of daily tasks and lock reports to direct manager
- Can work on Eastern time 10am EST start and can work remotely if needed
