Job Responsibilities
- Creating and posting Job Advertisements through job hiring platforms
- Assists in conducting school visitations for promoting job opportunities through posters, online advertisement, or job fairs
- Make calls for potential applicants and invite them for an exam and interview
- Coordinates with agencies for job vacancies
- Give exams and conducts one-on-one interview with applicants
- Upon hiring, gives the list of requirements to the newly hired employee
Job Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology, Human Resource, or equivalent
- 2-3 year/s of work experience in Human Resource handling Recruitment and Selection.
- Strong command of both English and Filipino
- Able to communicate with different levels of employees
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
- Willing to multitask, work under pressure, and with minimal supervision
- Amenable to work in Manresa, Quezon City
