Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

As a UI-UX Designer, you will be working within the UX-UI team to deliver a great online user experience for our products. You will design functional experiences and create appealing visuals to support your ideas using various methods and tools with the mindset of supporting our users and their viewpoints.
Responsibilities
· Plan and handle your own workload and design process that involves managing conflicting priorities and resolving issues.
· Work with your team members and other teams in producing design solutions that are coherent with the brand’s design system.
· Practice investigative (surveys, interviews) and generative (brainstorming) methods and tools to develop an understanding of user needs that will be used for research, concept, design, develop, and test phase.
· Be actively involved throughout the design thinking process: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test.
· Produce a range of deliverables including wireframes, user flows, UI mockups, prototypes, and handoff documentation.
· Work closely with the development team during implementation and review the deliverables to ensure that the UI and UX is according to the design.
· Rapidly iterate through design solutions that aims to advocate for the users and their viewpoints.
· Constantly find ways to improve processes whenever and wherever possible.
· There are always new things to work on, and it’s likely that you will often work on a variety of projects.
Requirements
· A designer who is naturally curious and adapts well to the fast-paced landscape of the available tools, technologies, resources, and trends.
· A portfolio to establish your design experience through UX and UI design deliverables.
· A proven work experience of at least 1-4 years as a UX and/or UI designer or similar role.
· You welcome the challenge of coming up with simple and elegant design solutions to address your users’ real needs.
· You enjoy solving problems and finding new challenges. You empathize with the product users and value the importance of research and data analysis when working on design solutions.
· You know how to work independently, yet you are also comfortable in a collaborative environment, working within your team, and with people from different disciplines across the organization.
· You don’t mind a little bit of chaos. You can find solutions even without detailed instructions.
Great to have
· A degree in a course that is related to fulfill the responsibilities above.
E.g. Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology
· UX/UI course certifications
· You can properly conduct design documentation.
· You understand the web and mobile application development processes.
· You understand the basic programming fundamentals.
