Our company BENCHMARK365 INC. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Cebu (Others) and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of tech trainer cebu city and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

About the Role
We are looking for a technical trainer who will help the new talents to be fully onboarded with the industry standard products and tools that will help support MSP. This role would need to be knowledgeable about adult learning principles/techniques and hands on to handle client specific training, modules, refreshers with swift content delivery in mind for the learners. Additionally, this person must be update-to-date with the latest market release technology and products.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Completed IT diploma and Microsoft IT certificate.
- Minimum of 4 years of extensive training experience in an IT Helpdesk Set-up. (Preferably under MSP or Software-as-Service Company)
- Should have an exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Amenable to go to our onsite office on a daily basis. flexible with his/her shift, mostly covering US (night) and AU (morning) shifts.
- Capable to assess the learning and understanding phase of trainees.
- Knowledgeable in evaluating and coaching trainees.
- Driven in enhance teaching environment and learning materials.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic environment and support of an MSP industry.
- Expert knowledge of server operating systems
- Expert knowledge of terminal service operating environments
- Expert knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Expert knowledge of email and messaging systems
- Expert network troubleshooting skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Expert installation and troubleshooting skills in relation to IT peripherals such as printers, models, smartphones, internet / modem / router
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms
- Expert knowledge of installing or troubleshooting line of business applications such as accounting software, legal software, project management or ERP platforms
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 product suites
- Expert experience with remote desktop or remote-control tools such as TeamViewer
- Expert experience with creating, updating and reviewing documentation and IT / network diagrams.
Tech Trainer (MSP) Objectives:
- This role will work together with the Process Trainer and is expected to conduct multiple trainings in a classroom-based set-up, including refreshers, and initializing monthly pop-quizzes.
- Produce content / training material for effective learning.
- Conduct workshops/refreshers for the recently released technology and updates of products.
- Revamp the training materials to suit the need of the business.
- Utilize QA Team feedback to identify technical skill gaps and create refresher course to address quality and skill issues.
- Keen on the latest training methods in the market.
- Prepare and presents a weekly technical training report for the stakeholders.
- Implement post training debriefing.
- Provide valuable feedback of training gaps and create proposal/resolution to address this.
