Chubb Business Services has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Mandaluyong City and surrounding areas as talent administrator with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of fundamental elements of the Talent and Development team’s remit across the APAC region. Engages across the region via maintenance of and timely updates to the Talent Portal and the APAC Talent and Development internal site. Manages performance and learning data and drives regular reporting to global HR leadership. Supports annual talent processes across the region by collating and cleansing the associated data, in order to drive effective leadership engagement and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management annual processes – Assist in the day-to-day execution and troubleshooting, under supervision, of annual talent processes. Focus areas include:
· Talent segmentation
· Performance management (Goal Setting & Year-End Review)
· Succession Planning & Flight risk
Activities include: Leverage support materials to provide first line support where possible. Manage escalation to the Global Talent Development Operations Team in the US where needed. Provide a ‘customer service’ point of contact to end users across the region. Support in data cutting exercise for the performance management cycles.
Manage Talent Portal and learning offerings – Log new (internally and externally delivered) APAC learning sessions in the LMS; capture and record attendance at learning sessions; manage participant feedback and provide evaluation feedback reports extracted from the system.
Support teams across the region to upload online learning modules and manage content updates into LMS for general access; help leaders to assign online learning to teams across the region and manage progress.
Access the data provided by LMS to visualise uptake of available e-learning options across the region and provide regular APAC-wide reporting.
Act as point of contact to address questions regarding the usage of CTX. Manage learning requests and seek approval from appropriate content owners to remove assignments from users’ transcripts
Regional Talent and Development team support – Support the regional team in handling training logistics such as setting up sessions in the LMS, managing the calendar invites and sending reminder emails and coordinating with vendors where applicable on logistics for assigned programs.
Continuous learning – Keep up-to-date with changes in the T&D systems, be keen to learn about the trends in the industry. Look at ways to improve data capture, cleansing and visualisation, in order to propose improvements to processes and systems and drive more effective delivery of the Talent Administrator remit
Manage user access to systems – Raise HRBP/end user access or escalate issues to CTX, Pluralsight, Global HR Sharepoint site, LinkedIn Learning to the Global Talent Development Operations Team, IT Team, or appropriate teams where applicable.
Manage Actuarial exam tracker – Log newly completed actuarial certifications from In-Country HR
Experience:
- Expert knowledge of office IT packages (incl. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) mandatory
- Experience of working with large data sets with an attention to detail
- Experience of analysing information and presenting reports in a clear and concise manner
- Project management experience
- Experience in using talent portal and LMS highly desirable
- Experience in Jive and/or other intranet content authoring tools desirable
Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field required (including but not limited to: business, HR, psychology, etc.)
