The Store Operations Support Specialist is responsible for data gathering and analysis of different systems, standards and procedures necessary for store operations. He/she will work with the Store Operations Support Supervisor to ensure daily operations, optimize processes, maintain policy and procedure documents, and liase with internal/external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field or business process
- With retail experience in MC Industry is an advantage nut not required
- Well-versed in MS Office or Google Suite applications, Lucidchart (any work software)
- Ability to analyze data and create and review processes, procedures and policies
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Has the following traits; Integrity, Teamwork, Quality Awareness
- Must be ok with hybrid set-up and amenable to report to head office
- Willing to travel and conduct store visits
