Our company, Triumph Elite Construction, Inc. is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Pasay City and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Site Architect and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

- Qualification: Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
- Experienced in Building/Construction & Architect/Interior Design
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Uphold professionalism in the work environment
We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares, reviews and revises architectural plans, details and specifications.
- Ensures plans are compliant with relevant architectural codes.
- Ensures that project implementation is done in accordance to plans, specifications and schedule.
- Reviews supplier’s and subcontractor’s shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess a Professional License in Architecture.
- At least 3 year(s) of related work experience gained from “AAA” Contractors or Architectural firms specializing in High Rise Construction.
- Computer proficient
- Good communication skills both oral and written
