We offer you the salary rates ranging from Rp1.800.000 to Rp5.550.000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrated aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation.
- Basic level of understanding of the proprietary systems, administration services, and the related data services.
- Basic knowledge of conversion reconciliation methodology and programming languages such as Java, VBA.
- Lead conversion design sessions with the client and produce design documents and mapping/transformation documents.
- Research, analyze and recommend data conversion strategies for complex retirement plans, analyze client data in the format it is received, identify data deficiencies, define remediation of deficiencies and construct a statement of work that properly outlines the conversion process to reformat into Client’s Retirement’s data requirements.
- Manage and lead the migration and testing of static data and transaction data for the plan conversion.
- Lead and have full accountability for the data conversion development life-cycle and methodology. This includes requirements solution design, client acceptance, time line creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenance.
- Build tools that transform massive amounts of data into the Client Retirement product requirements and formatting.
- Develop applications, modules, and reports for internal and external business partners SQL Server, MS Access, Cognos, and Discovery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Open to undergraduates with relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL and other ETL tools is required
- Proficient in MS Office applications like Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, some transactions will require outbound calls
- 2+ years related experience in payroll and/or data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Knowledge of business analysis and ability to understand the logic behind data, including where it can from and the data’s end purpose.
- Experience in performing code-based programming solution to achieve a successful data conversion and in transforming massive amounts of data into the AIG Retirement product requirements and formatting.
- Understanding of retirement plans highly preferred.
