We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Analysis & Reporting | Blended WFH) in our company, Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ. For candidates who reside in Quezon City and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from Rp1.800.000 to Rp5.550.000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Gather, and analyze data, and perform financial data reporting for Flash, Actuals, POR, Product Group and Kind-of-Business using Hyperion Financial Management System
- Support the financial period close, and the consolidation of different required management reports of the business units using Hyperion, SmartView, and other business tools
- Perform operations, and financial reporting by generating quantitative information from different database sets using standard report templates of the company
- Consolidate business unit’s financial data, and standardize reports gathered, or collected from different data sources
- Communicate with different site contacts to gather, and organize reports for submission to different company officers, and with other financial analyst to collaborate, and discuss processes, and communications from point-of-contact
- Work on ad hoc reports, and analysis as requested by points-of-contact, or by business unit officers
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, or graduate of finance, preferably CPA
- 3 yrs. or more relevant experience in accounting, or financial planning
- Advanced skill in Office365 applications; especially Excel
- Must have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management systems is good to have in this position but not required
- General knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, procedures and techniques
- General knowledge of fundamental financial concepts and analysis techniques
- Knowledge of computer applications and accounting information systems preferred
- Strong mathematical background
