Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Computer/Information Technology & IT-Software are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

We’re looking for a Scrum Master who will be working with the product development team.
OVERVIEW
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Nightshift
- Location/Set-up: Hybrid, Orient Square Building, Ortigas, Pasig City
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a scrum master role
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts ( user stories, backlog refinement etc.)
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field
- Scrum master certification is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Atlassian products such as Jira Software. Project and issue tracking, Confluence Document collaboration etc.
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor each project’s status and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
