I. Job Summary:
This role is mainly responsible for ensuring that BIS Sales Employees are equipped with the right competencies to cope with their sales responsibilities through design and delivery of learning programs/modules for the sales teams.
I. Major Accountabilities/Key Result Areas:
DAILY OPERATIONS
1. Conducts skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement of salespeople.
2. Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars.
3. Designs training curriculum within time and budget constraints.
4. Conducts onboarding of new salespeople.
5. Monitor sales objectives and results of salespeople and create initiatives to address identified challenges related to skills and competencies.
6. Coordinates with HR Training for compliance to company policies related to training & development.
7. Creates post-training reports from feedback culled from trainees and managers about training courses.
8. Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
9. Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs.
10. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
1. Assumes accountability for and maximizes resources; such as laptops, customer database and other mobile devices issued to effectively dispose of responsibilities.
REPORTS MANAGEMENT
1. Maintains relevant documents and organizes these into substantial information that enables management to make relevant business decisions on a timely and effective manner.
INTERNAL COMPLIANCE
1. Ensures compliance to Company’s programs on quality, environment, health and safety management systems.
