Our company AEON Credit Service (Philippines) Inc. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Pasig City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Telesales/Telemarketing, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of sales manager - personal loan and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

JOB SUMMARY
Oversees and manages all aspect of sales activities and support needed to achieve sales objectives in Personal Loan Account.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops sales strategies and activities to achieve organizational sales goals & revenue target within the Personal Loan Account.
- Spearheads in solicitation of individual accounts for AEON Personal Loans
- Works closely with other PL team members in initiating and implementing area thematic promotional campaigns, events, activation and other sales plan for target market segment
- Forecasts and achieves annual, quarter and monthly sales and revenue by establishing sales objectives and action plans in areas of operations.
- Plans and coordinates with company department heads and key accounts team to accomplish sales plans and objectives.
- Ensures sales team has the necessary requirements and resources to perform properly assigned tasks.
- Develops and directs actions plans and oversees achievement of sales activities and team performance.
- Works closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives.
- Evaluates sales performance of sales staff through following established KPIs and provide feedback, support, coaching and training to optimize performance.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and other activities as needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management and any equivalent course.
- With at least five (5) years of experience in Sales from Banking, Financial institutions and related industries.
- With background and experience in Personal Loan Account
- With excellent communications (in both writing and oral) and management skills.
- With strong drive to achieve goals, sound planning, logical execution, leadership and people skills.
- Highly analytical with good business acumen and relations.
- With good moral character and high level of professionalism and integrity.
