We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from Rp1.800.000 to Rp5.550.000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

The SSO will be responsible for the control and safekeeping of branch’s cash in vault level, accountable forms and other documents. Supervises, coordinates and reviews the cash operations, tellering and new accounts services of the branch to ensure fast, efficient and courteous services at all times.
1. Ensures that the branch physical appearance, facilities, equipment and personnel project an image of an efficient and customer service-oriented bank worthy of client’s patronage.
2. Oversees the implementation of the bank’s service quality standards and monitors compliance by all sales service personnel.
3. Ensures that client’s problems/complaints/ requests are immediately attended, addressed and resolved to the client’s satisfaction without sacrificing controls.
4. Cross-sells the bank’s products and services to clients transacting with the branch.
