In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Familiarity or exposure to construction industry is an advantage
- With effective communication and negotiation skills
- Honest and trustworthy
- Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)
- Preferably owns a Motorcycle or can drive

BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- The Sales Executive will work under the Sales Department of the company, and will promote roofing materials to various clients. The position involves seeking prospects, responding to leads, and maintaining/expanding relationships with existing clients.
- The Sales Executive is expected to go through the entire sales process, including visits, follow up, negotiation, closing of contracts, and collection.
