Qualification: Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
Experienced in Healthcare & Practitioner/Medical Asst
Behave in a disciplined, honest, responsible, and professional manner in the work environment.

The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱60,000 - ₱82,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Location: Remote (Work from home)

Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time

Type of Work: Full time, permanent

Job Roles:

Review, analyze and audit patient medical chart and reports from the physician to ensure home health care nurse has properly administered procedures, medications, etc. according to physician’s directives;
Evaluate the appropriateness of health care and health services provided to home health care patients;
Ensure that the quality of care and services meets or exceeds medically accepted standards;
Identify and report quality of care concerns appropriately;
Follow relevant regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures while reviewing clinical case review documentation and medical necessity criteria selection; collaborate with nurses, physicians, and home health care patients to verify what is required and that procedures are being followed.

Job Requirements:

RN (USRN preferable NY);
With Home health facility or skilled nursing facility experience;
Extremely comfortable using new technology and software;
Can work in a fast-paced environment with telephone triage intake;
Strong critical thinking and customer service skills;
Excellent organizational skills;
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Start date: Can start ASAP

Tools needed: You MUST have your own laptop/desktop computer, a noise cancellation headset, second monitor, stable internet, and backup internet connection.
