Job description:
- Come up with creative and out of the box ideas and strategies on how to increase the volume of applicants and attract the right candidates.
- Ability to source passive and active candidates using various job portals
- Use social media networks (e.g. Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
- Actively join and participate in PESO Job fairs, University Career Fairs, external job fairs.
- Together with the Senior Recruiter, will proactively look and source of new ways to increase the candidate pool.
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Stay informed of latest trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to be more competitive in cutting edge recruiting / sourcing practices.
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in Psychology, HR Management or its equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Associate, recruitment assistant in an international manpower agency.
- experience in end to end process of deployment abroad is an advantage. Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
- Experience in doing administrative tasks.
- Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays (with Saturdays as half day)
