We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of QUALITY CONTROL. For candidates who reside in Taguig City and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Tile Express Shop and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱20,000 - ₱23,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Facilitate quality inspections for incoming and outgoing stocks.
> Strictly implements standard checking and inspection procedure
> Supervises and monitors inbound shipment and quality control team on duty
> Reports incidents relating on Quality checking and inspection and schedule coaching and process reorientation if needed
> Encoding of all shipment related issues such as time stamping, PIF and comparison of shipment
> Encoding of new sample from shipment
> Declaring new tonality of item if there are shades and color variation
> Reporting all shipment details such as wet and damage boxes, weak and misalign pallets and wrong labeling
> Do site inspection if needed
> Training new staff for quality control team.
> Time to time checking of queries of Inquiry Dept.
>Implement all company guidelines and other Warehouse SOP to his team
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
> 5 years working experience in the related field
> Can manage customer issues and complaint
> Experience in handling customer audit/inspection
> Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
> Good verbal and written communication skills
> Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
