We offer you the salary rates ranging from Rp1.800.000 to Rp5.550.000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

The QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST is responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve the organization’s final products in order to meet established quality standards.
PART OF THE SCOPE WOULD BE:
- Compliance to Food Safety Program.
- Initiates, recommends, develop and documents, implements, audits and analyzes quality assurance and management systems and programs such as SCPs/SSOPs, GMP/GWP/GLP, SOP, HACCP, FSSC and others.
- Process non-conformances, including store related feedback through investigation, root cause analysis, documentation and corrective action validation; Identify and implement areas of improvement to prevent recurrence.
- Consolidates, compiles, files and controls external documents and records such as Working Drafts, Specification Sheets and other documents pertinent to QA processes.
- Designs training module conforming to the quality management systems and conducts training.
2. Process and Product Improvement
- Conducts translation runs (trial run in production line) guided by procedures/ process defined by the technical team composed of representatives from QAD R&D/ Manufacturing. Provides report and recommendation on the run.
- Recommends upgrading of facilities and equipment, streamlining of operation to meet the required service levels from the section.
- Recommends and develops SOP for the section with inputs from its customers such as the Commissary Site Organization, Store Operations. R&D, QA and other units
3. Others
- Does store audits and ensures compliance to set standards and flags areas of concern, recommends action to take and monitors implementation of actions taken
- Recommends new test equipment and methods, upgrading of facilities and equipment to meet the required service levels from the section.
- Standardizes/ calibrates new test equipment and implements new procedures/ methods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of BS Food Technology
- At least 2 years experience in food manufacturing and/or restaurant business
- Experience in implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS) such as HACCP, ISO systems, FSSC and SPC (Statistical Process Control) program in a food plant environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
