Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Project Cost Monitoring Section Manager (Pacifica Homes Development Corp.). For those of you who live in Pasig City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Jobstreet Philippines, and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Main Duties and

  • Ensures that the Project Financials are properly prepared and computed, the project budget resource is safeguarded, project transaction records are intact, complete, & accurate, and project financial reports are significant and communicated timely to the stakeholders.

Mini Qualifications

  • BS Accountancy or other Finance course
  • CPA
  • Three (3) years experience as the lead of project financials preparations and project budget management from a real estate company.
  • With strong leadership experience in handling a team
