We are hiring for the position of Professional Medical Representatives | Branded Generics with full time working hours for our company office, Getz Pharma (Phils.), Inc., for residents of Bataan (Others), Agusan del Norte (Butuan), Leyte (Tacloban City), National Capital Reg & Calabarzon & Mimaropa and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales and at least a Not Specified or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Job Summary

Accountable for the field coverage and representation with clients and MDs in his/her assigned territory. Develops sales plans, organize promotional events, analyze customer profile, execute strategic sales calls, establish customer relations, and impart product knowledge to realize sales targets, maximize sales and improve market share within assigned territory

Responsibilities:

Promote products to all targeted doctors and clients in the assigned territory
Develop a promotion strategy to develop MD confidence and consideration to prescribe our products to patients
Monitor stocks availability and movement with pharmacies, retailers/wholesalers to ensure optimum levels
Observe and relay competitors’ activities, plans, products, and any relevant field information
Maintain up-to-date record of doctors and pharmacists within assigned territory
Gather, analyze, interpret, and report all market information relevant to the territory sales achievement

Qualifications:

Degree graduate of any four-year course
Fresh graduates with up to 3 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Those who already have a Medrep PRC license have an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Has the ability to collaborate effectively.
Highly independent, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.
Must be willing to work for extended periods, even on weekends.
