Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcing Analyst  to support our continued growth by identifying talent, confidently and knowledge equipped in managing stakeholders, contributing to Recruitment’s development and much more.

What will your normal day look like?

The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for the full sourcing life cycle which includes, but is not limited to – Talent Sourcing, Job postings, Referral program and Market Research for further growth and alignment.

We need someone who is:

  • Driven in achieving goals and targets
  • Analytical in actions ensuring all bases are covered

  • With excellent interpersonal and management skills that allows for collaboration, candidate and stakeholder management skills

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Behavioural Science, or Psychology
  • 1 to 4 years Recruitment experience in a BPO setting (Sourcing and/or Talent Acquisition), less than 1 year exp. applicants may be considered for Associate roles
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and writing)
