We are searching for polite but aggressive, professional Paralegal to offer our target customers with legal services and profile and verify needed information. The Paralegal will listen to client’s apprehensions and seek to understand and clarify these concerns and provide accurate and efficient responses related to their legal concerns.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education in any Business-related or Law-related studies

• Experience in law firm and labor cases an advantage

• Exceptional active listening, verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice

• Capable of quickly understanding company services.

• Ability to ask prying questions

• Comfortable using computers and working knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel

• Strong time management and decision making skills
