We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Paralegal (Litigation). What you will do:
- Assist Lawyers in Handling Cases under the Litigation Division by monitoring progress of cases, attending meetings and hearings, Filing and Service of Pleadings, and organizing and updating files.
- Drafting simple pleadings, letters, documents, needed by Litigation Lawyers.
- Maintain good business relationship with other departments by rendering appropriate assistance.
- Comply with the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and other Company Policies and Regulations.
- Other tasks which may be delegated by the Immediate Supervisor the Head of the Litigation Division and the Head of the Department relative to the foregoing.
What you should have:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Pleading writing and legal research skills;
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Must be amenable traveling nationwide
