This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Muntinlupa City and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱27,000 - ₱50,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Description:
Must have good problem solving, decision making & analytical skills.
Manages team performance.
Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.
Performs administrative tasks for Operational support.
Lead teams into achieving metric goals, complete monthly deliverable and tasks
Qualifications:
• Must have completed at least 2 years in college
• Must have at least 2 years experience as Operations Team Lead in a BPO setting
• Preferably handling Travel, Healthcare, Insurance or Banking and Finance account
