Functional Overview:

People Onboarding Lead will support the whole Talent As A Service (TAAS) clients and ensure that compliance with the requirements are fulfilled and transition is seamless from being a candidate to a new employee. Do monitoring of onboarding team’s productivity, bandwidth as well as become the main POC for any and all onboarding inquiries from the clients and internal teams alike.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and monitors the onboarding team bandwidth, capacity and efficiency.
  • Ensures that the end-to-end processes for onboarding are strictly followed and deviations are fully documented if deemed necessary.
  • Troubleshoots and provides sound recommendations to resolve onboarding concerns without compromising quality of work.
  • Maintains new hire tracking system and ensure appropriate records and statistics are kept up to date.
  • Provides reports with analytics based on established trends and practices to further improve the onboarding initiatives.
  • Coordinates with respective stakeholders for any pushbacks of start dates if the new hire’s primary requirements and PEME are incomplete.
  • Maintains, customizes and updates onboarding platforms if deemed necessary.
  • Assesses, recommends and/or implements improvements in the onboarding processes for better candidate.
  • Monitors the onboarding database and ensures accuracy.
  • Renders administrative onboarding procedures to new hires.
  • Coordinates with service providers for background checks whenever deemed necessary.
  • Conducts Pre-Onboarding Discussion to new hires.

  • Above average communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency.
  • Highly keen to details.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • At least to 1- 4 years related experience in onboarding for volume hires.
  • Working knowledge in MS Office and other report generation tool.
  • Good people skills, approachable, able to adjust to different levels of the organization.
  • Hybrid work setup
