JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in any Management course/ Computer Science / IT Courses
- Fresh grad is welcome to apply
- Preferred applicants must be residing within Pasig and Mandaluyong areas.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and company employees verbally, via phone, email, and written correspondence including spreadsheets and other computer-generated presentations and financial tools.
JOB DUTIES:
- Attends company training seminars to become familiar with product lines
- Prepares Quotations, Sales Orders, Work Requests, Service Requests, and Sales Invoices (includes routing for signatures and filling of the said files).
- Sends Quotations to the Customer via email or fax.
- Prints received RFQ and PO from email and ensure proper documentation of files.
- Assists sales team on their needs when they are on the field (CA’s, OS, searching of files, etc.).
- Assists in the preparations of necessary documents, brochures, and files needed by the sales team.
- Prepares Sales Reports on a PowerPoint Presentation weekly
- Performs minor works assigned by the sales team like editing images, scanning files, making a summary of certain things, assisting and helping other co-employees, etc.
