We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of NON-AGENT | BPO ENGLISH TRAINER | LIPA & ILOCOS. For candidates who reside in Ilocos Norte & Batangas and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Alorica Philippines and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Qualifications:
- Agents & Virtual Assistant are welcome to apply
- College-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; basic knowledge in HTML is a plus
- Experience in writing and research is an advantage
- Relevant experience is not required, but experience as an ESL teacher or teaching English in the academe is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Training Developers or subject matter experts to support the maintenance of content organized in the knowledge base, including its technical accuracy
- Create, review, edit and maintain articles in Knowledge Base Tool and Production Knowledge repository
- Edit and format existing documents in Knowledge Base and/or Knowledge Articles
- Create and maintain demo contents
