Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Merchandising Associate. For those of you who live in Manila City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Primer Group of Companies, and able to work under full time system.
As a company that is professional and competent in the field we are engaged in, we have specific criteria for each of our employees as well as the prospective employees. If you are experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Merchandising with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

The Merchandising Associate helps/assists the Merchandising team in the performance of merchandising functions.
Markdown and Sale pricelists
- Endorses & distributes sale / markdown price lists & other merchandising related memos to stores, department stores and to concerned parties.
- Confirms that these documents are received by the receiving parties concerned.
Sampling
- Submits and follow up consignor sample sheet for SM and Other department stores on scheduled sampling.
- Distributes approved consignor sample sheet to concession doors.
Samples monitoring
- Brings to and retrieves samples/documents and endorses them to persons concerned – except for wholesale accounts.
- Monitors samples/documents and endorses them to merchandiser concerned.
- Prepares, maintains and updates samples monitoring template
- Recommends schedule for selling of samples
Defective product monitoring
- Coordinates and monitors defective merchandise at store and warehouse level
- Prepares pull-out documentation (POAS) and coordinates with various departments concerned to ensure physical pull-out of defective merchandise per defective product memo.
- Prepare & distribute Defective product memo (DPM) for approval of Merchandisers
- Conducts monthly visit to warehouse to check and assess damage items.
Sale & Special events
- In charge of coordination for Bodega sale & other special events and disseminate with the merchandiser’s concerned.
- Monitors schedule of store sale events and special sale events to be cascaded to merchandiser in preparation of stocks.
- Assess & recommend sale price of damage item for clearance.
Non-trade items
- Builds item master lists of Non-trade items (GWP) in the system
- Encodes purchase order in the system
- Prepares and uploads product segmentation in the system
Inventory monitoring and control
- Prepares and submits Requisition form (RF) for store replenishments
- Encodes product segmentation as per approved copy provided by Merchandisers
- Prepares pull-out documentation (POAS) and coordinates with various departments to ensure physical pull-out of GOOD merchandise.
- Monitors delivery of stocks to stores (RF and Allocation), schedule of opening of doors (Ingress and egress)
- Process & distribute barcodes as requested by merchandiser.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or any related course
