In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Role Overview:
Responsible for delivering a range of print and digital based creative projects including branding, website press advertisements and other marketing collaterals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizes designs that create effective marketing materials
- Reflects the Rockwell brand in print and electronic designs
- Executes print and electronic marketing materials
- Assists in overseeing Rockwell brand compliance and updates materials as necessary for highest quality brand assurance
- Assists in maintaining Rockwell’s photo library and regularly maintains all file, databases, resources and materials relating to areas of work
Qualifications:
- College graduate with a degree in Visual Communication, Advertising Arts, Information Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience in the field is a plus
- Proficient with graphic design software: Adobe Programs including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere
- Background in visual design fundamentals and intermediate to advanced art construction
- Knowledge in photo and video production
- Observant and pays attention to design details
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent written and communication skills and creative abilities
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Able to work in a team environment and as a liaison to other departments
- Has strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrates integrity in dealing with internal and external customers
