Responsibilities:
- Track campaigns on various media platforms.
- Grow marketing channels that have resulted the most.
- Understand the optimization team’s goals & objectives.
- Implement and execute social media and marketing channels.
- Improves conversion rates by optimizing the customer journey and landing page performance.
- Identify and monitor marketing channels and KPIs to reach the goals.
- Content creation and microsite as marketing support.
- Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
- Perform tasks and duties in relation to Digital Marketing as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Commerce, or any related course
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with Digital, Content, Events, and Product Marketing.
- Profound knowledge of web analytics tools and Google Suite.
- Able to do content creation in WordPress/Blog CMS.
- Knowledge of basic SEO and tools, Social Media Marketing and, SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Excellent in both oral & written English communication,
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Result-driven and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be keen on details with a strong sense of urgency
- Can multi-task, be reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Has excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours
- Flexible, can work during weekends and holidays
- Able to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be willing to work in Makati
- HONEST, HARDWORKING, CONFIDENT and POSSESSES GOOD ATTITUDE
