We are hiring for candidates in the residents of National Capital Reg and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as L1 Systems Engineer | Day Shift | WFH in our business office, Emapta.

Candidates with a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or even higher and greatly experienced in Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! EMAPTA is looking for Infrastructure Engineers to join our growing team in Makati.
- Must be able to troubleshoot servers
- VMware configuration
- Proven direct customer relationship management skills
- 2-year minimum experience in IT industry, ideally with experience working within a managed
- services/outsourced environment
- Demonstrated ability in fault logging, impact assessment and ticket management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Basic server knowledge: Windows, Active Directory, Linux
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow
- Knowledge on public/private cloud – Azure or AWS
- Follow ticket handling procedures to ensure correct triage is completed
- Perform relevant technical checks and utilise knowledge from experience as well as history of alerts,
- Incidents, Problems and Changes to verify Alerts vs Incidents.
- Review the quality of ServiceNow Records to ensure all details are captured including as per teams checks
- and balances including CMDB (Configuration Management Database) items for efficient support of Interactive
- Escalate and triage Incidents and requests that require action within your team to ensure sufficient training
- and knowledge transfer
