This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Quezon City and its surroundings.

If you are a Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, a person who honesty and discipline, then you are highly awaited in our company.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

1. Project Management

1.1 Prepares project plan of activities for easy monitoring and management of risks.

1.2 Coordinates plans with affected groups, departments, and suppliers

1.3 Keeps team aware of the activities

1.4 Monitors progress and ensures that timelines are met and within budget.

1.5 Ensures complete and proper documentation of the project from initiation to deployment:

1. Business requirements

2. SOW

3. System Design and Tech Specs

4. UAT Documents

5. User Manuals

6. Project sign off

1.6  Project roll-out is smooth, with no significant problems encountered

1.7  Completion of implementation is within the agreed timeline

2. Strategies Formulation

2.1 Evaluates user initiatives and recommend a solution

2.2 Evaluates Change Request by challenging necessity, usability, clarity, and cost

2.3 Evaluates and Recommend solutions for new business requirements

3. System and Application Management

3.1. Maintains and monitors the application to meet present and long-term information needs of the organization

3.2. Ensures necessary resources are available, so all related tasks are performed accordingly based on the agreed output quality and within the committed timelines.

3.3   Coordinates with the other departments whenever necessary to facilitate project implementation

4.4 Monitors progress of the projects and provides status updates regularly

4. Problem Solving

4.1. Delivers quality solutions to problems within an acceptable length of time

4.2. Addresses problems at the root level, thus, able to provide permanent solutions

4.3. Identifies areas that may be affected by the problem, thus, able to provide preventive measures which guard against further complications

5. Communication

5.1. Alignment of Activities

5.2. Keeps superior and other concerned groups informed of problems or any concerns affecting the application

5.3. Gives regular feedback on the status of problems and projects, both pending and implemented


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, ECE, Information Technology, and other related courses.
  • A Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in Project Management, IT Service Management, IT Infrastructures, IT- Software
