The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Job Description

  • Update individual tracker including stamping.
  • Invoice compliance validation based on market checklist.
  • Run scanning Knime workflow to send all invoice for scanning to the autoscan BOT.
  • Manual scanning of alll hard copy invoices received from SG mailroom.
  • Retrieve and rescan invoices out of rescanning BOT’s s cope.
  • Status 20 Monitoring in SAP. This includes rescanning requests and/or trashing request.
  • PEGA Monitoring to check and execute requests such as:
  • RTV/RTO
  • Rescanning
  • Prepayments
  • CIR
  • Creation of electronic stamp date for received and rescanning.
  • Perform manual aligned scanning process for Hong Kong vendors, World Link and Williams Lea
  • Identify the SAP box of the invoice using the PO details.
  • Extraction of bulk PDF invoices and resubmission as 1PDF attachment per email to autoscan BOT
  • Check BOT fallouts and perform next steps as stated on SOP

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Willing to do scanning
  • With knowledge in SAP User is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot & Vlookup) – with exam
  • With background in invoices
  • Able to start immediately
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
