We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of In-house Doctor - Pasig & Dumaguete Site - Full time or Part Time. We offer you the salary rates ranging from Rp1.800.000 to Rp5.550.000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

The In-House Doctor will be responsible for overseeing the Clinic Operations in MNL and DGT. He/She will develop and implement Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury.
The In-House Doctor will promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee, and maintaining good communication with company management regarding healthcare and safety.
Who you are
To ensure success, you should possess excellent knowledge and skill in emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace. You should also assess the work environment to identify any work hazards and plan intervention programs accordingly.
What you will bring
● Ensures compliance to DOLE DO 198
● Responds to emergency cases within the organization
● Leads implementation of health protocols, especially in times of pandemic
● Leads coordination with LGU’s and medical partners on suspected/ confirmed cases
● Creating Health & Wellness Programs (aligned with OSH Standards)
What you have
● Licensed Doctor
● Completed the 56 hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training Course for occupational health physicians.
● Philippine College of Occupational Medicine (PCOM) certified.
● Applicants must be willing to work on-site in (1) Pasig City and (1) Dumaguete City
