Our company, HR Network Inc. is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Mandaluyong City & Pasig City and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Immediate Hiring Training Officer and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱40,000 - ₱50,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Research, reach out to, and manage relationships with external subject matter experts and/or consultants to supplement our training efforts
Plan, create, and deliver different training programs (including webinars, online certificate courses, self-paced e-learning programs, etc.) to address the lack of skills and facilitate knowledge acquisition
Prepare and conduct onboarding training sessions for new employees across different departments
Organize appropriate testing, if needed, and work with team managers to track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Analyze the feedback from employees regarding different training programs to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant changes

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, in any field.
Has 8 years of working experience in facilitating face-to-face and virtual workshops
Has excellent English communication and presentation skills

For Mandaluyong City:

Fulltime On-site

For Pasig City:

Permanent WFH set-up
No equipment provided, interested candidate must be WFH ready
