WHAT IS AN ICT SUPPORT OFFICER?
- Our awesome client, a leading company is looking for an ICT Support Officer to be part of their team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Resolving user queries and issues as the first point of contact in a professional and timely manner
- Creating, varying and deleting user accounts in accordance with Company policy and processes
- Ensuring that the required technology and access is available to new starters as approved by the relevant line manager
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and related equipment
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Ensuring that the active directory is kept up to date
- Ensuring systems are up to date and secure
- Managing mobile device setup and issue to approved users
- Supporting with administrative tasks as required
- Coach users in relation to the use of technology as required

- Ability to prioritise and problem solve
- Demonstrated understanding of server operations and maintenance and software implementation and integration.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Technology (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, MS Teams) and Apple (Mac, iPhone) environments
