Our company De La Salle Brothers Inc. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Mandaluyong City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree & PhD and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Top Management, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of hrds director and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

· Recruits, conducts final interview interview and selection for director-level job vacancies
· Conducts job offer for successful applicants
· Responsible for employer branding and recruitment strategy
· Conducts reviews of recruitment-related policies
· Accountable for a compensation and benefits structure based on the compensation philosophy of the organization
· Conducts regular review of the strategy and responsible for the overall implementation of the compensation and benefits plan
· Analyzes and recommends modifications to policies to establish competitive programs and comply with legal requirements
· Ensure continuous provision of benefits (insurance, service awards etc.)
· Accountable for the learning and growth strategy and training roadmap for the entire organization based on performance assessment
· Accountable for the development and implementation of competency-based learning programs
· Facilitates training & development opportunities for personnel, DLSP Brothers and members of the board of trustees
· Acts as consultant for the leadership and development program of the DLSP Brothers
· Oversees new employee orientations and accountable for the successful onboarding of new hires
· Serves as the link between management and employees
· Advises managers on organizational policies, labor laws
· Manages employee labor cases with support from legal team
· Fosters camaraderie among the DLSP Brothers, DLSP employees and employees of the DLSP schools
· Drives internal communication of HR matters to employees and partners
· Accountable for the complete implementation of performance management system (from orientation to evaluation to rewards)
· Reviews the effectiveness of the performance management system
· Collaborates with the unit heads for Plans for merit-based incentives
· Coaches the heads on supervision and talent Management
· Aligns HR strategy to Org Strategy
· Develops, monitors, implements, and evaluates organizational development interventions and identifies points for collaboration in culture-building programs across schools
· Ensures integration of Lasallian Core Values in Organizational Practices and in all Lasallian Interventions
· Leads and develops a high performing team
· Provides strategic direction, coach and mentor the team
· Fosters collaboration and teamwork among staff
· Manages the department budget
· Evaluates the performance of the unit
· Oversees collection and storage of data used for management decision
· Ensures data accuracy and protection
· Reviews and implements HR policies and processes pertaining to data management aligned to Data Privacy Law
