Job Responsibilities
• Creating and posting Job Advertisements through job hiring platforms
• Assists in conducting school visitations for promoting job opportunities through posters, online advertisement, or job fairs
• Make calls for potential applicants and invite them for an exam and interview
• Coordinates with agencies for job vacancies
• Give exams and conducts one-on-one interview with applicants
• Upon hiring, gives the list of requirements to the newly hired employee
Job Requirements
• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Human Resource, or equivalent
• 2-3 year/s of work experience in Human Resource handling Recruitment and Selection.
• Strong command of both English and Filipino
• Able to communication with different levels of employees
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
• Willing to multitask, work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Amenable to work in Manresa, Quezon City
