We need you to fill the position as HR Business Partner (Hybrid setup) for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Quezon City and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱45,000 - ₱55,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

- Review, design and propose sustainable and effective total rewards program for ABSI and its subsidiary(ies) backed by competitive industry and market data and/or practices. Guarantee relative salary administration according to existing Company structures;
- Provide competitive benefits programs and manage them effectively, implement retention programs through better benefits administrations;
- Develop and execute HR strategies, services and programs to attract, engage and retain employees;
- Oversee, plan and/or support other HRBP initiatives and people programs from hiring to performance management;
- Oversee and ensure the processing of ABSI payroll and benefits are administered on time, accurately, completely and immediately resolve any payroll disputes up to zero recurrence;
- Ensure reporting and documentary compliance to government agencies and requesting departments;
- Spearhead HRBP section’s communication efforts to all employees and liaison with functional leaders acquiring necessary feedback from any areas for improvement;
- Provide support and leadership in managing ABSI subsidiaries on related HR matters and administrative functions;
- Complete assigned tasks that may arise from time to time upon manager’s instructions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree on Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related business studies
- At least 7 years of reliable, hands-on experience in payroll, timekeeping, salary design and administration is a must
- Proficient in using MS Office programs, Excel and Google Sheet, and other payroll-related applications is a distinct advantage
- Supervisory experience is good to have, but not required
- Experience in using payroll and/or HRIS systems is another distinct advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be willing to be assigned onsite to our Quezon City and BGC Offices.

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:
Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.
Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).
Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
