We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from Rp1.800.000 to Rp5.550.000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR Role.
The HMO Customer Service Supervisor manages the day to day operations of the Call center and all Customer Care Associates under it. He/she ensures efficiency and excellence in delivering prompt customer care, in line with the Company’s service level commitment to all its clientele to provide 100% customer satisfaction and effective utilization management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper implementation of the Company’s rules and regulations, policies and procedures, and work ethics.
- Monitors accurate verifications and approvals and timely issuance of Letter of Authorizations (LOA).
- Resolves concerns that are not effectively handled by CSA and/or Team lead, and if needed, refers the case to the Department Manager for resolution.
- Coordinates with the other CCD units, different departments of the company and/or service providers to satisfactorily address the needs of internal and external clients.
- Disseminate information like inter-office memos and other department memos to CSAs.
- Prepares shifting schedule of the members of the team and monitors attendance of CSAs regularly.
- Assesses, plans, and implements needed trainings for all CSAs.
- Supports the Team Lead in training and monitoring new CSAs.
- Assesses individual performance of team members in terms of efficiency, time management, and attitude and recommends steps for improvement as needed.
- Prepares and collates all necessary reports as assigned by the Department Manager
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, in the HMO setting or equivalent
- graduate of any 4 year course, preferably in the allied health sciences
- good oral and written communication skills
- excellent leadership skills
- works well under pressure
· Willing to be assigned in Pasig area (in front of Estancia Mall), and report on-site Monday to Friday
