Job Description
- Director will oversee all Finance functions within a marketing agency
- Responsible for setting goals and overseeing day-to-day to achieve results in three key areas: (1) Overall Financial Health, (2) Strategic org development, and (3) Business Continuity
- Will prepare monthly results for leadership team, and annual results for company’s shareholders
- Must-be a people manager – directly for their team, and indirectly for a cross-functional organization together with the CEO/General Manager to deliver targets
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in managing a shared services organization
- Experience in marketing and advertising agencies a plus
- With intermediate knowledge of Accounting
- Strong analytical and planning skills
