Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Growth Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing, B2B) - Day shift, Temporary WFH. For those of you who live in Central Luzon, Central Visayas, National Capital Reg & Calabarzon & Mimaropa and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Emapta, and able to work under full time system.
As a company that is professional and competent in the field we are engaged in, we have specific criteria for each of our employees as well as the prospective employees. If you are experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Digital Marketing with a minimum degree of Not Specified, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Role
- Put together marketing plans aligned with the company strategy.
o Identify growth opportunities for the company.
o Harness these opportunities by conceptualizing, planning, and managing campaigns across social, search, paid, and other demand generation channels to achieve growth goals for the company.
- Manage our website, so it is SEO friendly , keeps pace with our product, and most importantly, converts.
- Implementation, tracking, experimenting, and optimization of other social media and SEM campaigns for performance and branding campaigns.
- Run EDM campaigns to keep leads & prospects warm and move them into the fast lane.
- Use data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.
- Report on initiatives and projects to management
Required qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 4 years in a B2B marketing role.
- Experience and comfortable in using digital marketing tools such Google Analytics,
- Marketing automation, etc.
- Proven experience drivinMQLs’s and increasing brand awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate in an effective manner.
- Creative and ready to try new things to reach the metrics and outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to keep track of metrics.
- Ability to work autonomously and a self-starter.
- High ambition, energy and can-do attitude.
- Budget and Cost management.
- Experience in a tech start up is highly regarded.
- Have an eye for design. You know what looks visually appealing, and can guide a
- designer to produce imagery that is on brand, builds confidence, and sells.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including freelancers and agencies.
