The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Troubleshoots client login issues to determine and resolve reported problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, e- mail, and personal requests for technical support related to computer systems, software and hardware.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing system errors and other issues problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Provides technical assistance for questions and problems
- Follows through with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
QUALIFICATIONS MUST HAVE :
Education:
- Any 4-year related course
- Willing to Work in Binan, Laguna
Skills:
- Knowledgeable in Windows-based applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work under minimal supervision
