We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Functional Support Consultant - Sage 300 (Permanent Work From Home) in our company, MicroChannel Singapore Pte Ltd. For candidates who reside in Manila City and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Computer/Information Technology & IT-Software and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from Rp1.800.000 to Rp5.550.000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Role Brief:

The Support Consultant – Sage 300 will assist our Australian customers, with day-to-day operational matters relating to the Sage 300 software through a priority support hotline, email & ticketing system. You will be required to log, manage, escalate and resolve issues in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. You will be considered the first point of support contact for our valued customers. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level contact support and convey resolutions to customer issues.
  • Log, manage and own incidents end to end through our Support Desk ticketing system.
  • Walk customers through the steps to achieve a goal in our software on the phone.
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback/regular updates on progress and see problems through to resolution.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience working with Sage 300 (No Exceptions).
  • Proven working experience providing help desk support & working with a call tracking/ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of various desktop platforms, Windows and Windows Server Platforms.
  • A basic knowledge of SQL Language within Microsoft SQL Server.
  • A basic knowledge of Crystal & Financial reporting.
  • A basic understanding of networks and application communication
  • Ability to learn quickly plus, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping procedures.
