Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Financial Analyst - Reliever. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱25,000 - ₱30,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

The primary role is to ensure accurate, complete and timely provision of services that includes agent’s payroll, bonuses and benefits.
• Assist the Agency Compensation and Benefits Supervisor and Manager in administering the payroll and benefits of agent; ensuring that payroll and benefits are computed accurately and in accordance to the agents’ compensation policies and applicable regulatory rules.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support the disbursements.
• Prepare and analyze agents’ withholding tax reports and ensure balances per report reconcile with the source and the GL.
• Handle inquiries of agents and other business units.
• Participate in projects or initiatives that may be assigned from time to time.
Skills and Knowledge Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• With at least 1 year working experience in payroll or accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical skills
• Has the ability to pay attention to details in an accounting environment
Work Set Up: Onsite Reporting
Work Schedule: either 7AM – 4PM; 8AM – 5PM; 9AM – 6PM
