We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Financial Account - Brand Ambassador - Cebu Mactan. For candidates who reside in Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas & Western Visayas and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Concentrix Philippines and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Services & Customer Service with a minimum High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree.
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱22,000 - ₱23,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

A Brand Ambassador is responsible for delivering outstanding support to the clients of the biggest and most sought-after brands.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A BRAND AMBASSADOR
· Answering incoming calls from customers
· Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
· Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
· Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
· Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
· Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT FOR THE POSITION IF YOU:
· Are a High School or Senior High School, with or without CX Service experience
· Have at least six (6) months CX Service experience
· Have good English communication skills
· Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
· Have superb computer skills
· Are willing to work in shifting schedule
