We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱22,000 - ₱24,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Job Specifications

  1. Review of employees’ ERs;
  2. Daily interface of CTE to BPCS for all approved ERs;
  3. Collating of hard copies of ER package for filing;
  4. Monthly clearing of excess cash advances in BPCS;
  5. Prepare monthly schedule of temporary cash advance;
  6. Prepare employee reimbursement tax schedule (VAT and EWT);
  7. Sending of weekly ER reminders;
  8. Prepare ER KPI for monthly CFS Meeting; and
  9. Sending weekly reports for the outstanding ERs and file monitoring

Knowledge & Experience:

  • ·  Well versed with the BPCS system or other accounting systems;
  • ·  Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.;
  • ·  Has experience in the review of expense reporting;
  • ·  Assigned in majority of the job specifications above;
  • ·  At least 2 years work experience; and
  • ·  Expertise in preparing and analyzing various reports

  • ·  Keen to details, able to work in a team environment, good organizational skills, and has a multi- tasking ability;
  • ·  Strong communication skills;
  • ·  Project management skills; and
  • · Commitment to meet the deadline and accept additional responsibilities based on the exigencies of the job
