Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The Event Marketing (Team Leader) is a marketing professional responsible for developing diverse types of events that build awareness and drive traffic to retail sites. This involves critical thinking in building event marketing campaigns, heavy planning, and effective execution of planned events.   

• Responsible for conceptualizing event theme ideas applicable to each retail site.
• Planning, organizing, and managing promotional events will effectively drive traffic to and maintain customer stickiness at each retail site.
• Event promotional budget planning.
• Coordinating all logistical elements of the event.
• Anticipating attendee needs and making preparations against potential risks.
• Preparing and presenting post-event reports and evaluating event campaigns’ effectiveness, analyzing their impact on foot traffic and ROI.          
• Overall in-charge working with the whole team and its branches, employee performance, support, coach and motivate and meeting targets          
• Prepare submits reports on a weekly and monthly basis

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year Business related courses.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Event Marketing Leader or other similar roles.
• Proven record of organizing and planning successful events.
• Incredible interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage resources and budgets.
• Ability to manage people by assigning tasks and evaluating staff performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in using different social media platforms.
